As a
Business Development Representative , you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. You should be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and be motivated by sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients about brand benefits.
Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships within your sales territory through daily marketing calls.
Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
Use marketing software to document calls and track leads and opportunities.
Provide management with revenue updates and reports for your sales territory.
Achieve and exceed sales goals to increase revenue in your territory.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience preferred.
At least two years of direct sales experience.
Strong process and results-driven attitude.
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repeatedly.
Ability to work with cleaning agents.
Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by law.
