Overview

Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead marketing for our Curation products — the heart of how people dream, plan, and create on the platform. You’ll help evolve boards, pins, and visual collections through AI-driven personalization and world-class visual search. In this role, you’ll bring market insights and storytelling together to shape the product vision, define how we position and launch new features, and drive user engagement across the platform. Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Lead product marketing strategy for curation features by combining market analysis, user research, and data insights. Define market requirements (MRDs) and collaborate with product, design, and research teams to guide development. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and execute launch strategies, including positioning, messaging, in-product marketing, and user education to drive adoption and long-term engagement. Narrative & Messaging Development: Create compelling product narratives and storytelling for consumers, partners, and investors that articulate the vision and value of the curation ecosystem. Insights & Analytics: Use data to measure impact, inform strategy, and establish KPIs for launches and feature updates. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align teams across product, engineering, communications, design, and marketing. Secure executive buy-in on strategies and ensure coordinated execution. Product Enablement: Educate internal and external stakeholders on curation capabilities and inspire adoption across global markets. Must-Have Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 6+ years in consumer product marketing or product management, preferably within a fast-growing tech company. Strategy & Execution: Proven track record developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that drive engagement and adoption. Analytical Skills: Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing decisions. Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ambiguity. Seniority level
