Squarespace is looking for a Group Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The candidate should be comfortable driving growth and user success in non‑US regions by supporting stakeholders and business leads. You have experience with go‑to‑market, product and feature launches in EU, UK, and/or APAC, and demonstrated success driving non‑US product adoption in key markets. Experience with localization is a must.
The Group Product Marketing Manager will be a part of the product marketing organization, which values communicating the core benefits of the Squarespace platform to all its customers, driving new product adoption, and working cross‑functionally to message, position, and go to market with a better Squarespace funnel, trial, and product. You are passionate about the customer and work with the platform product team, sales enablement and GTM team to identify pain points we can resolve. This role can be based in our headquarters in New York or Dublin and reports to the Associate Director of Product Marketing.

Uncover and surface market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product development and feature localization for priority markets
Identify key GTM geos for product marketing releases, understand our position in the market and the main players
Identify strategic opportunities through product‑market fit and feature gap analysis in key non‑US geos
Execute GTM in international markets for international products/features in partnership with regional marketing managers and global product teams
Work with Product Analytics and GTM strategy to solve for international product usage data gaps
Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional marketing managers, PMMs, marketing, and product team members to ensure smooth international product launches and effective leveraging of diverse channels
Optimize top of funnel performance with key marketing partners and product partners for international geos
Run internal product education/awareness for international stakeholders and market partners
Partner with regional marketing managers to establish product positioning for key geos
Aid in launching the Squarespace brand in new markets in partnership with GTM strategy
Manage agency partnerships that contribute to localization in key strategic languages.
Who We’re Looking For
8+ years of demonstrated success in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, content strategy, or go‑to‑market
Deep user understanding and visibility into pain points within the upmarket and international customer journey that lead to funnel leaks or churn
Data‑driven with the ability to discover and tie together insights to influence decisions
A storyteller with strong presentation skills (verbal, written, visual), distilling complex concepts into simple language
Project management abilities to plan and execute cross‑functional initiatives and prioritize across multiple product launches
Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement of self and team
Ability to grow out or experience with growing out a product marketing team
Experience working in an international, non‑USA market

Compensation Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job‑related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above, Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
