Role Overview This is not a traditional product marketing role.
As a Product Marketing & GTM Lead, you will sit at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, content, and GTM strategy. You’ll own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and thought leadership while actively shaping how that narrative turns into pipeline across the funnel.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact IC role with deep exposure to Product, Sales, Growth, and Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own product positioning, messaging, and persona-based narratives across the full funnel
Translate complex security concepts into clear, differentiated buyer messaging
Turn messaging into GTM themes and guide top-to-bottom funnel programs
Create full‑funnel content including blogs, ebooks, briefs, web copy, and sales collateral
Lead product launches including messaging, assets, demos, and activation
Build sales enablement assets such as decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, and talk tracks
Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product, and Growth to improve deal velocity
Maintain competitive intelligence, win themes, and objection handling
Shape thought leadership and category narrative for customers, analysts, and the market
Non‑Negotiables
6–9+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or security GTM roles
Background in cybersecurity or cloud‑native platforms (IAM, PAM, CIEM, CSPM, DevOps tools)
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
Experience working closely with Sales and influencing revenue outcomes
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving Series B startup environmentStrong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Pre‑Sales, Growth, and Leadership
Nice to Have
Experience in identity security, access governance, or just‑in‑time access models
Familiarity with non-human identities, service accounts, or AI agent security
Experience leading competitive teardown initiatives
Exposure to analyst relations or market briefings
Strong appreciation for using generative AI tools to support writing and ideation
