Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via social media platforms. Handle inquiries, comments, and concerns from customers professionally and promptly. Document interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve response targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to improve service delivery. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. A strong interest in social media and online communication. Previous experience in customer support or social media management is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
