Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via social media channels.
Assist customers with queries, concerns, and feedback regarding our services and presence on social platforms.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and skill enhancement sessions related to social media trends and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
A strong enthusiasm for social media and customer service.
Previous experience in customer support or social media management is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
