Seasonal Band Musician – Salvation Army ARC
Join the Salvation Army ARC to play brass seasonal music for holiday events around the Midland Division.
Base Pay $15.00 per hour – part‑time, 15 hours per week.
Essential Functions
Work with DMD, Officers, and DHQ staff in the Program Department.
Play brass for Kettle Season events across the Midland Division.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience performing in brass instrumental music.
Read music at an accomplished level; treble clef preferred.
Work with people of diverse backgrounds in a nondiscriminatory manner.
Strong communication skills; experience working with ESL and cross‑cultural communication.
Adhere to all Salvation Army policies and procedures.
Familiarity with the Salvation Army’s area of service.
Available to perform at kettle sites and events in St. Louis, Missouri, and Illinois during the week and on weekends.
Physical and Working Conditions
Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist intermittently or continuously for extended periods.
Move and pack music stands and chairs in and out of vehicles.
Play in various weather types.
Lift up to 25 lbs.
Understand written information.
