Role Overview As Product Marketing Manager you will be part of a cross‑functional team responsible for strategic marketing initiatives that communicate the product’s value to the target market. You will work closely with Product, Brand & Social Media, Design, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and UX to create and deliver impactful strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
Connect product features and releases to the value and benefits the customer receives, unlocking the emotional connection to the brand.
Drive full‑lifecycle marketing—launch new products and features and grow existing ones with clear value propositions and adoption strategies.
Craft compelling positioning, messaging frameworks, and positioning maps tailored to target audiences (e.g., coaches, athletes, training organizations).
Guide messaging and targeting through platform data and customer research.
Collaborate & align with cross‑functional teams to guide projects and campaigns to success.
Monitor competitive landscape and develop positioning insights; participate in customer research, interviews, and trade shows.
Champion internal product adoption & engagement; be the customer advocate driving long‑term direction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a SaaS company.
Passion for crafting and delivering impactful marketing campaigns to a global B2B & B2C audience.
Background in and/or personal passion for the strength & conditioning industry.
Proven success leading GTM plans for product launches or major initiatives and carrying them through to long‑term lifecycle marketing.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, product positioning, and sales processes.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to proactively prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects on time.
Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills with proper English usage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Drive applications.
Marketing management equivalent to a minimum of five years work experience.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with TrainHeroic; bonus points for TrainingPeaks experience.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and drive to execute on business objectives.
High‑energy self‑starter with creative problem‑solving abilities.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Professional communication skills with executives, coworkers, and industry contacts.
Compensation & Benefits We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role in Colorado is $58,477–$97,461. This role is eligible for variable compensation, including bonus.
