Overview

Lead Product Marketing Manager to join Circle’s Liquidity product pillar. Partner with Product, Business Development, Communications and Marketing to bring liquidity solutions to market and strengthen Circle’s position as the leading global stablecoin network. Define product positioning, craft go-to-market strategies, and execute launches that drive awareness, adoption, and usage across key customer segments. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer-facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally. Drive go-to-market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact. Develop data-driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, aligning with customer needs and business goals. Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long-term growth. Enable sales and partnerships by creating training programs, customer-facing content, and partner enablement assets that support revenue and adoption. Lead competitive intelligence efforts with in-depth analysis and strategic positioning to stay ahead of the competition. Steer high-impact strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence. Key Qualifications & Attributes

Growth mindset and agility: comfortable with change, capable of prioritizing and executing in ambiguity. Domain knowledge: 5+ years across traditional finance, payments, DeFi, or crypto with ability to apply insights to product and GTM strategy. Blockchain & fintech understanding: solid grasp of stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or crypto rails; ability to translate technical concepts into customer value. 7+ years of relevant product marketing experience, including at least 2 years in crypto, payments, or financial services; track record of owning launches and GTM plans. Customer-centric storyteller: excels at turning complexity into clear positioning and messaging; confident presenting to diverse audiences. Proactive team player with ability to work independently and drive cross-functional execution. Cross-functional collaboration: builds relationships to align on priorities and deliver seamless customer experiences across product, sales, and marketing touchpoints. Strategic thinking: partners with product to shape roadmap priorities based on market trends, competition, and customer feedback. Compensation and Inclusion

Circle is committed to creating an inclusive financial future with transparency in compensation. Base pay range: $145,000 - $192,500. We consider a variety of factors when determining compensation and total packages, which may vary by location and experience. Equal Opportunity
