We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Event & Retail Marketing Representative
to engage with potential customers at community events, trade shows, and retail locations. This role is critical in
generating high-quality leads
for our sales team by creating engaging interactions, educating homeowners about our services, and scheduling in-home consultations. Responsibilities Event Marketing: Represent C. Michael Exteriors at home shows, fairs, festivals, and expos, managing booth setup and actively engaging attendees. Retail Marketing: Establish and maintain a strong presence at partner retail locations, attracting foot traffic and generating homeowner interest. Lead Generation: Approach and qualify potential customers, securing free in-home consultation appointments for our sales team. Brand Representation: Effectively communicate our product benefits and value, ensuring a professional and engaging experience. Performance Tracking: Report on lead generation efforts, providing insights for optimizing event and retail strategies. Desired Skills Outgoing and confident, comfortable initiating conversations with new people. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on generating qualified leads. Experience in event marketing, retail promotions, or direct customer engagement preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Reliable transportation to attend events and retail locations across our service area. Ability to stand for extended periods and set up event materials as needed.
