JOB SUMMARY
The Florida Justice Association is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Marketing & Membership Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys both creative marketing projects and member-facing engagement tasks. The position requires 15–20 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist with drafting, proofreading, and scheduling email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content. Support the production of marketing materials (graphics, flyers, brochures, event promotions, sponsor recognition). Help maintain brand consistency across all communications. Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics. Membership Support
Assist with membership recruitment and retention campaigns, including list management, outreach, and follow-ups. Prepare call sheets, reports, and materials for phonebanks and special initiatives. Support member data entry, updates, and database maintenance. Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with email marketing or CRM/database systems a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Interest in nonprofit, advocacy, or membership association work preferred.
