Position Summary:
As a Marketing Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Director of Marketing, and Marketing Manager to deliver outstanding service and profitability. Under the direction of the DOM, assist with matters pertaining to visual collateral assets, verbal, and written messaging. Responsibilities
Opens all jobs for collateral with our outside design platform; facilitates the flow of jobs. Develop and update artwork for all corporate point-of-sale material (e.g., flyers, brochures, signs, posters, menus, digital graphics). Take a detailed brief from the requisitioning department, copywrite sourcing for suitable images, propose the most suitable layout per brand guidelines, and ensure artwork files are print-ready where necessary. Help deliver content and provide accurate proofreading of all copy points. Assist in the execution and updating of internal/external marketing communications including website, emails, collateral, and copy. Coordinate marketing photoshoots, PR FAM trips or media visits, including tours, confirmations, itinerary, and welcome amenities. Update monthly and annual Hot Sheet and email calendar. Share responsibility in keeping the website updated. Support duties for high-profile events (e.g., 4th of July, Halloween Party, New Year’s Eve). Assist in responding to reviews on 3rd party review sites for operating outlets when required. Develop and update small graphic design concepts, presentations, digital banners, and onsite electronic reader boards or in-room TVs. Administrative responsibilities include: initiate POs and process invoices as requested by the DoM; coordinate final art files to outside printers or vendors; facilitate day-to-day marketing activities; maintain the Marketing Hot Sheet with property-wide information; provide the Managing Director with a weekly Guest Survey Report; maintain an accurate spreadsheet of all department jobs in progress; perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Managing Director and/or Director of Marketing. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or design preferred. Experience:
minimum 2 years of marketing experience in luxury or high-end hospitality preferred; minimum 1 year social media and/or PR agency experience preferred; 1 year of creative design experience preferred. Skills
