What You’ll Do
Drive census growth by managing your territory and achieving referral goals.
Promote services through direct contact with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners.
Develop and maintain strong referral relationships within the healthcare community.
Educate partners about our programs, rehab services, and skilled nursing care options.
Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team to execute strategic marketing and outreach plans.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, liaison, or business development (skilled nursing or rehab preferred).
A go-getter attitude with strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
High energy and confidence — able to connect easily with people at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel locally as needed.
Valid driver’s license and clean background.
