Mechanical CAD Designer/Operator – Tulsa, OK
An established engineering firm in Tulsa, OK is seeking a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented Mechanical CAD Designer/Operator to join our team. Position Overview The Mechanical CAD Designer will work under the technical supervision of an engineer to: gather project data and prepare technical specifications; create detailed mechanical designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and construction drawings; prepare other project-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create and revise construction drawings for mechanical piping, civil, and structural systems.
Produce piping layouts, piping section views, structural supports, concrete foundations, and PID sets.
Assist engineers and project managers with the development of construction drawing packages.
Research manufacturer specifications and ensure material compatibility with company and client standards.
Maintain high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.

AutoCAD Plant 3D
CADWorx Plant
TruView “.lgsx” Scans
Navisworks (Navis)
Microsoft Excel
Qualifications Relevant education, technical training, or experience in mechanical design; experience in industrial/petroleum projects is a plus.
