We are looking to expand our team with two dynamic positions:
Fire Alarm Project Manager
and
Fire Sprinkler Designer . Join a leading provider of fire protection solutions and play a key role in protecting people and property.
Position 1: Fire Alarm Project Manager Minimum Experience Required:
2+ Years in Fire Alarm Project Management
Key Responsibilities
Lead fire alarm installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Manage a team of technicians, engineers, and installers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.
Procure and manage fire alarm system components and materials.
Perform system testing, inspections, and ensure quality assurance before project handover.
Provide post-installation support and documentation for clients, including maintenance plans and certifications.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in fire alarm project management.
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and their installation requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire safety regulations.
Position 2: Fire Sprinkler Designer Key Responsibilities
Design fire sprinkler systems for new and existing buildings, ensuring systems meet all local fire codes and industry standards.
Prepare detailed design layouts, calculations, and specifications for fire sprinkler systems.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
Review and approve system installations to ensure compliance with designs.
Conduct site visits and inspections to validate designs and resolve any issues during installation.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in fire sprinkler system design.
Proficient in sprinkler system design software.
Solid understanding of NFPA codes and fire protection standards.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
