Responsibilities Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center offering advanced behavioral health and diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. Provides direct patient care on assigned units, including Creative Therapy group sessions and doctor-ordered individual assessment sessions. Completes Creative Therapy documentation including assessments, group summaries, and billing within time constraints. Serves as a member of the treatment team. Understands and utilizes principles of growth and development for adolescent patients and the age-specific needs of geriatric patients.

Qualifications Job Requirements:

Music Therapist: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school and Board Certified Music Therapist

Recreation Therapist: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school and Board Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Art Therapist: A Master’s Degree from an accredited school and Registered Art Therapist

Weekend Required

Strong communication and documentation skills

Inpatient psychiatric experience and ability to work with large groups preferred
