A commitment to excellence in diagnosis, treatment and education - these concepts are at the core of Hampton Behavioral Health Center’s mission Responsibilities Provides direct patient care on assigned units; including Creative Therapy group sessions and doctor ordered individual assessments sessions. Completes Creative Therapy documentation including assessments, group summaries, and billing within time constraints. Serves as a member of the treatment team. Understands and utilizes principles of growth/development for adolescent patients and the age specific needs of geriatric patients. Qualifications Job Requirements: Music Therapist: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school and Board Certified Music Therapist Recreation Therapist: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school and Board Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist Art Therapist: A Master’s Degree from an accredited school and Registered Art Therapist Weekend Required Strong communication and documentation skills Inpatient psychiatric experience and ability to work with large groups preferred EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
