Bioinformatician (Proteomics & Drug Design) – Part Time

Develop, optimize, and validate targeted/global proteomics methods for the quantitation of proteins in various biological matrices including biofluids, tissues, and cells. Design and execute proteomics experiments from sample preparation, and LC-MS/MS operation to data analysis & interpretation. Discover and validate potential biomarkers for drug design purposes. Establish, optimize, and maintain the workflow of proteomics studies. Dissect complex PPI network changes utilizing multi-omics data (mostly proteomics and transcriptomics). Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Biotechnology, bioinformatics, or any related discipline. 2+ Years of experience. Prior experience in Proteomics &/or Drug design is a MUST. Master’s degree or equivalent is an asset. Ability to be flexible & adaptable to changing technology. Must be research oriented.
