Sr Technical Designer - Mens/Womens
Job Description:
Engineer tech packs for internal development, focusing on cost effectiveness with fit and quality considerations.
Evaluate samples ahead of the fit session to accelerate the cross-functional review process.
Align with the buyer on fit intent, and lead model fittings by identifying problems and providing solutions to fit and quality issues.
Assemble the fit report with a ‘one-and-done’ approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical design, preferably within the apparel industry.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit principles, and fabric properties.
Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
