Job Description A well‑established civil engineering and land development firm is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join its growing team in Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high‑impact projects including master‑planned communities, urban redevelopment, public infrastructure, and educational facilities. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers, contributing to detailed design and construction documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil design and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Support engineers in designing grading, drainage, utilities, and site layouts.
Collaborate across disciplines to produce accurate and coordinated project documentation.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Assist in maintaining drawing standards, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of CAD design experience, preferably using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience in civil/site design or land development projects.
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
