Location: Austin or San Antonio, TX Work Type: Full-time | Hybrid schedule Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
About the Role A leading civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a CAD Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support high-impact land development and infrastructure projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, thrives in a collaborative team, and enjoys turning concepts into precise, build-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed civil design and construction drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Support engineers on grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout design
Maintain and apply drawing standards, templates, and design best practices
Coordinate multidisciplinary project documentation and ensure quality control
Qualifications
4-7 years of CAD design experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience in land development or civil/site design projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
