Audio Visual Project Manager

Base Pay Range
$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
OVERVIEW The Project Manager acts as the overall leader of electrical projects assigned and ensures customer satisfaction through oversight of project execution, safety, and budget compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise all project personnel and ensure safety compliance.
Conduct job walks to verify that:
Employees wear personal protective equipment.
Employees work safely and productively.
Tools and materials are located appropriately.
Installations meet quality standards.
Take ultimate responsibility for billings and front‑end billing accuracy.
Train and coach field personnel; identify future company leaders.
Enhance the company’s safety culture.
Participate in Project Manager meetings; develop phase codes; manage subcontractors and vendors at a financial level.
Prepare detailed installation estimates and manage material procurement processes.
Maintain accurate project documentation; coordinate submissions and related purchase orders.
Engage with customers, trades, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and permit acquisition.
Support project close‑out activities, including vendor coordination and service department hand‑off.
Assist Preconstruction Services; accurately load manpower for project scope.
Navigate the Project Management System; manage remote travel as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Degree in related field or Journeyman’s License with electrical trade experience.
Project management experience with audio‑visual work.
Knowledge of construction scheduling, labor, materials, and equipment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
