Studio Manager
This role is within Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee. The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Sales and Service Specialists report directly to the Studio Manager, who reports to the District Manager. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr (subject to skills and experience)

Qualifications and Skills
Sales leadership & team management – proven ability to generate sales while leading and mentoring a team of Member Sales and Service Specialists; training, motivating, and holding the team accountable across all revenue streams.
Ability to collaborate with the leadership team while working independently to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in person, on the phone, and via email, maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly organized and proficient in data management, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing needs.
Passionate about fitness, professional, reliable, and eager to grow and learn; handle confidential information and work harmoniously with all team members and clients.
Physical ability to stand/sit/perch/walk, lift/push/pull/climb as needed; clear voice that can be easily heard.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and prioritize sales efforts, focusing on driving membership sales, booking intro classes, and closing sales; ensure the team consistently surpasses sales targets, call goals, and performance metrics.
Drive lead generation through grassroots marketing, networking, and business development, including social media campaigns, community events, partnerships, and referral programs to increase studio visibility and drive membership sales; ensure studio policies and procedures are followed.
Manage and lead the team, including Member Support Specialists; optimize staff schedules and hold team members accountable for performance.
Oversee studio operations, including inventory management of retail products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all administrative supplies and forms are stocked and visible.
Utilize software and technology to effectively manage the business, including membership accounts, revenue and attendance reports, and handle high‑level customer service decisions and collection of outstanding dues.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
