of their pool to every homeowner, ensuring they receive the highest quality pool for their investment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Sales Execution (Your Core Focus)

Consultative Selling:

Conduct professional in‑home and on‑site consultations with potential buyers. Manage a large flow of company‑provided, qualified leads, while also driving your own success through self‑generation.

Master Design:

Translate a client’s vision into a stunning reality by designing custom

Gunite (concrete)

pools, spas, and complete outdoor living environments.

3D Presentation:

Utilize professional 3D design software (e.g., Pool Studio) to create compelling, detailed visual renderings and proposals.

Closing:

Close high‑ticket sales efficiently and professionally.

Value Communication:

Master the art of demonstrating how the company’s national scale and superior construction standards deliver the best long‑term value to the customer.

Lead Generation & Market Management:

Actively engage in self‑generation of leads through networking, builder relationships, and community engagement to supplement the many leads provided by the company.

Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Local Expertise:

Develop a working knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and new residential developments in your market.

Qualifications

Minimum of

2+ years of successful outside sales experience

in a high‑ticket, commission‑driven environment (e.g., home improvement, custom remodeling, or luxury products).

Demonstrated history or ability to

prospect and generate leads independently .

Design Aptitude (Required):

A strong eye for design and aesthetics.

Prior experience with 3D design software is a significant advantage.

Pool Knowledge (Preferred):

Familiarity with the swimming pool industry, particularly the benefits and construction phases of Gunite/Concrete pools.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a polished presence.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and disciplined to manage a large, active sales pipeline and territory independently.
