Custom Swimming Pool Sales & Design Consultant
Markets: Daytona Beach, Deltona, Deland and Palm Coast, FL
Compensation: Commission based & uncapped ($75k-$125k Year 1 & $150k-$200k+ Year 2)
Job Type: Full‑time, Independent Contractor (1099), Outside Sales
The Opportunity Capitalize on a year‑round, high‑volume selling season in one of Florida’s thriving markets. Our client is the 2nd largest pool builder in the nation. You’ll be backed by a company known for superior custom Gunite construction and a team of tenured designers among the Top 10 nationally in sales volume.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Sales Execution
– Consultative selling: Conduct in‑home and on‑site consultations with potential buyers, managing company‑provided qualified leads and driving your own lead generation.
Master Design
– Translate clients’ visions into custom Gunite pools, spas, and outdoor living environments.
3D Presentation
– Use professional 3D design software (e.g., Pool Studio) to create compelling visual renderings and proposals.
Closing
– Efficiently close high‑ticket sales while demonstrating long‑term value.
Lead Generation & Market Management
– Actively generate leads through networking, builder relationships, and community engagement; become familiar with local building codes, permitting processes, and new residential developments.
Qualifications
2+ years of successful outside sales experience in a high‑ticket, commission‑driven environment.
Proven ability to prospect and generate independent leads.
Strong eye for design and aesthetics; experience with 3D design software is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the swimming pool industry, especially Gunite/Concrete construction, is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished presence.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and disciplined to manage a large, active sales pipeline and territory independently.
Financial Structure & Support (1099 Independent Contractor)
Unlimited earning potential with an industry‑leading commission structure.
Tax advantages and control inherent to independent contractor status.
Training and mentorship from a sales organization that includes Top 10 national volume producers.
