Attend and lead client meetings, both virtually and in-person Manage projects across all stages, from concept design to construction completion Create schematic designs, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings/perspectives Present design schemes to clients and internal teams for approval Mentor junior team members and collaborate with wider interior and project management teams Produce and oversee construction drawing packages and specifications Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in architecture, primarily high-end hospitality (hotels & F&B) Degree in Architecture or similar (LEED accreditation advantageous but not essential) Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (other 3D software welcome) Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, technical delivery, and client presentation skills Experience with renovation projects and construction documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills What You’ll Get
