Business Development Specialist !

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and achieve business objectives.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns focusing on brand awareness to increase leads and potential customers.
Build customer relationships through education on SERVPRO® work specialties.
Participate in professional associations.
Develop and execute social media outlets to maximize engagement.
Participate in community events.
Collaborate with management to align event messaging with brand objectives.
Position Requirements
A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
Strong process and results driven attitude
Valid driver's license
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Schedule
Full-time
Day shift
Some weekends, before/after hour events, and flex schedule based on events outside normal business hours
