San Bernardino County is recruiting to fill Media Specialist II vacancies for multiple positions throughout the county. There is an immediate vacancy in the County Administrative Office (CAO). The incumbent hired for the CAO will assist in upholding the County's brand and visual identity across all communications. This position is responsible for reviewing, approving, and refining marketing and design materials to ensure consistency with County branding, high design standards, and ADA compliance.
The ideal candidate for the CAO vacancy will have a strong background in graphic design, along with experience in marketing, visual communications, and social media strategy. This role supports the County's outreach and marketing efforts by developing creative content, managing digital and social media presence, and collaborating with internal teams to produce professional, engaging materials that represent the County's values and programs.
In other County departments, Media Specialists typically develop, implement and advise management regarding public relations and marketing programs.
