Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Marketing Strategy activation
• Localize and execute global marketing strategies to support business goals in North America.
• Partner with regional sales, product, GTM and Geo marketing teams to ensure closer alignment.
• Monitor and adapt plans based on local trends, competitive landscape, changing business needs and performance insights.
2. Demand Generation & GTM support
• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, social, digital, paid media, and webinars.
• Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs targeting key enterprise accounts.
• Own lead generation and nurturing initiatives to drive qualified pipeline growth among the key industries and business groups.
3. Sales Enablement
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support for prospecting, pitches, and RFPs.
• Develop sales collateral, competitive battle cards, product messaging, demo and other enablement tools to support sales motions.
• Support joint sales-marketing programs, including research, campaigns, account plans, and follow-ups.
4. Events & Field Marketing
• Plan and execute regional events such as Industry tradeshows, conferences, roundtables, and customer engagements.
• Manage event activations at NYC Design studio and TCS innovation centers driving customer engagements and experience.
• Ensure event and field marketing ROI by following up on post event conversation and tracking opportunities.
5. Brand Building & Thought Leadership
• Strengthen TCS Interactive brand visibility through targeted content, AI-powered digital campaigns, PR, and partnerships.
• Lead local thought leadership initiatives including whitepapers, executive blogs, speaking engagements, and media outreach in collaboration with communication team.
• Build relationships with industry analysts, influencers to amplify brand credibility in the North America market.
6. Content Creation & Communications
• Create high-impact content including case studies, solution briefs, videos, blog posts, customer success stories, and presentations tailored to North America buyers.
• Constantly adapt and update messaging frameworks and positioning that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone.
7. Analytics & Reporting
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs.
• Track KPIs such as sales meetings, lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI of Marketing investments
• Use data and Analytics to iterate and optimize programs for continuous improvement and decision making.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in AI led content creation, thought leadership, and brand communication.
• Strong understanding of the North America B2B technology buyer landscape and decision-making cycles.
• Proficiency with tools like Marketo, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms and GenAI tools.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the region for events, client meetings, and team collaboration (approx. 10-20%).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the technology or IT services sector.
