A top financial services company is seeking a UX Designer to support their growing team.
About the Opportunity:

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders to create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows that translate complex processes into seamless, elegant user experiences
- Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for enterprise applications, including Salesforce platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Leverage Figma to build and iterate on high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes
- Design within the existing Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and component libraries, ensuring usability and consistency
- Conduct UX reviews to align with best practices, accessibility standards, and platform constraints
- Partner with developers to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation
- Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Provide input on design systems and pattern libraries to enhance reusability and scalability
- Advocate for the end user and elevate the overall product experience
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience, ideally in enterprise or complex system environments
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and/or Salesforce UX principles
- Proven ability to work within design constraints and component libraries.
- Solid understanding of UX best practices, design systems, and accessibility standards
- Proven experience working with C-suite or senior executives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills - comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Experience contributing to or maintaining enterprise design systems
- Advanced skills in written, oral, and presentation communications
- Lightning Web Components experience
