As Head of Marketing and Growth, own the end-to-end customer growth strategy – defining who we serve, why we win, and the best channels to reach our target customers. Lead a 10-person full stack marketing team + agencies to deliver profitable, non-linear growth. Balance rigorous performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and sales enablement with retention/lifecycle initiatives to increase LTV. Manage marketing revenue, spend budgets, and forecast. Run a disciplined team operating rhythm grounded in clear goals, analytics, experimentation, execution, and accountability.
As a member of the Executive Team, partner closely with the CEO to shape the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth agenda—bringing a customer-first lens and marketing driven insight to every high-impact business decision.
Key Success Metrics
New Customer Revenue - by channel
Retention Revenue - by channel
Marketing Efficiency - measured by ROAS/ROI, CAC/LTV, and incrementality testing
Who You Are Experience & Credentials
10+ years B2B/b2C eCommerce across a mix of startup/growth and scaled environments
5+ years leading teams of 5+ with proven hiring and capabilities development
Background in online acquisition/growth and retention/lifecycle marketing, with experience across the marketing mix including partnerships, analytics, product marketing.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Fluent in martech stack (GA4, Meta, Segment, Braze, BI dashboards, AB testing, etc.)
Bonus: Experience enabling b2B sales teams and account management

What You’ll Do
Set the growth agenda — craft and execute marketing strategies that move the needle
Own the numbers — forecast and deliver revenue, efficiency, and spend goals with precision
Fuel the engine — push all channels including paid, lifecycle, price promotions, social and partnerships to peak performance; constantly test, learn, iterate and scale
Know the customer cold — turn research and insights into messaging and market moves
Launch campaigns that hit — relevant to our target customer, clear, incremental
Build a high-performance team — hire, coach, and unlock their best work
Put your data on offense — translate metrics into insights, decisions and impact
Bring visibility — partner with analytics to arm the team with real-time dashboards and insights
Harness AI to scale — e.g., personalization, agentic content, LLM applications
Position Schedule
Full-time, exempt role
Hybrid or remote work environment
40 hours/week: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm MST, with flexibility to work ex normal business hours based on business needs
Compensation Range: $210k-$240k Base + Bonus
