Security-minded, used by recognizable PLG brands
High-agency culture, fast iteration, hybrid NYC/SF
The role
Own and scale Google Ads; pilot influencer / podcast / community distribution
Run a rapid test‑and‑learn engine and tie spend → pipeline (HubSpot/Looker or equivalents)
Start as a player‑coach and hire 1–2 ICs after proving CAC/LTV
Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and PMM
You’ll bring
✅Solid experience in growth marketing/performance marketing with budget ownership
✅Proven attribution to SQLs/Ops/Revenue
✅Track record launching at least one new scalable channel beyond paid search
Offer
$150K–$210k base + $20–30k bonus
