Associate, Search Engine Marketing Operations - Card Performance Marketing & Analytics Search Engine Marketing
Capital One is looking for an Associate process manager to conduct quality assurance and maintain documentation for Paid Search Engine Marketing advertising channels including Google and Microsoft. This role will support a team of digital marketers focused on driving credit card acquisitions by ensuring accurate, consistent implementation and documentation of campaigns.
Responsibilities
Support the media strategy & operations team by reviewing project documents for consistency, technical accuracy, and completeness of details.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of advertising platforms to ensure accuracy of execution after changes have been made by the ad operations team.
Manage the team’s filing system (Google Drive) and archive all project documents and approvals to meet audit requirements.
Recommend and document naming conventions to manage projects effectively.
Serve as the process subject matter expert for the team, maintaining a playbook outlining team practices.
Identify areas that could benefit from process improvements.
Maintain reference materials including a project tracker & index of advertisements.
Communicate across a team of high performers to understand workload and timelines for multiple projects and communicate support availability.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with common performance marketing metrics.
Complete administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
Participate in training to support other marketing channels.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing.
At least 1 year of experience planning and implementing SEM strategies utilizing Google and Microsoft Ad platforms.
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
At least 1 year of experience in project or process management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
At least 3 years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing.
Experience in other performance marketing channels such as Display, Social, Online Video, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in project management.
At least 1 year of experience using Skai or SA360 platforms.
Salary McLean, VA: $71,200 - $81,300 (Process Manager) Richmond, VA: $64,700 - $73,900 (Process Manager)
