We’re looking for an experienced
Instructional Designer
to join our regulatory learning and development team — creating engaging, visually compelling eLearning and instructor‑led programs focused on
financial markets, crypto assets, and blockchain .
You’ll collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design innovative, interactive learning content that helps learners understand complex financial and regulatory topics. This role blends
instructional design, creative media, and platform administration
to deliver world‑class learning experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Design and deliver multimedia learning solutions around
financial, regulatory, and crypto‑related
content.
Develop instructor‑led, virtual, and eLearning experiences using
Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) ,
Adobe Creative Suite , and
Camtasia .
Create
graphics, animations, and motion design
assets that enhance comprehension and engagement.
Manage and publish courses within
LMS/LXP platforms
(preferably
Saba SBX, Degreed, or Docebo ).
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement learning paths, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure continuous improvement.
Apply
adult learning theory, accessibility principles, and visual design
best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years
in instructional design, learning experience design, or multimedia learning development.
Proven experience building
financial or crypto‑related training
(banking, fintech, regulatory, or digital assets preferred).
Proficiency in
Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
and
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) .
Experience with
Saba SBX and/or Degreed
(strongly preferred).
Portfolio demonstrating “GREAT” eLearning work — storyboards, samples of Rise/Storyline modules, and strong visual creativity.
Familiarity with
LXP/LMS administration ,
accessibility standards , and
motion graphics .
Degree or graduate studies in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or Education‑related field.
