Key Job Responsibilities

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to define and produce solutions for real customer problems.

Support design work using insights such as quantitative data, site metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Advocate for and follow user‑centered design principles.

Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate high‑level design strategies and interaction behaviors.

Advocate for the customer in a corporate environment, fostering a shared understanding of the customer‑centric intersection between design, content, business, and marketing values.

Present to business and design leadership.

Scope design initiatives and manage/prioritize work items.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of design experience

Online portfolio available

Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax

Preferred Qualifications

Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes

Experience designing complex UX workflows

Compensation for this position ranges from $127,100 to $211,600 per year, depending on market location. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
