Develop and lead the
content strategy
across blog, social, web, and demand generation channels. Drive
trial activations, product adoption, and engagement
through high‑performing campaigns. Craft narratives that
connect innovation to real customer impact , positioning the brand as a thought leader. Create content optimized for
SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
— surfacing across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging search experiences. Partner with Data & Research teams to turn insights into scroll‑stopping stories. Repurpose content into fresh formats: short‑form video, multimedia, and interactive experiences. Build lifecycle content (onboarding guides, feature stories, case studies) that fuels adoption and retention. Measure performance relentlessly (traffic, conversions, trial activations) and
iterate fast . Work cross‑functionally with Product, Social, and Demand Gen teams to align content with GTM strategy. Partner with Design and Creative to produce content that’s
on‑brand, bold, and memorable . Champion
digital content best practices , inspiring the broader marketing team with trends and innovation. Success

goes viral , drives adoption, and builds community. A
data‑informed content engine
optimized for visibility and shareability. A trusted thought leadership voice in the social media and digital marketing space. Seamless collaboration across teams, ensuring strategy and execution are always in sync. Constant testing and experimentation to

4–6 years in digital or growth content marketing (SaaS / PLG preferred) A
proven track record
of producing content that drives real results — traffic, conversions, virality Strong grasp of SEO + GEO strategies (AI search, voice, and social search) Master storyteller with sharp writing and editing skills Experience crafting social‑first video and multimedia content A natural trend spotter who lives and breathes the creator economy Location
