NBCU's Decision Sciences Media Analytics team is seeking a Senior Analyst who blends strong analytical experience and strategic prowess to leverage various data sources to drive cross‑platform audience and marketing insights. The Senior Analyst reports directly to the Director of Title Marketing Analytics and supports multiple marketing teams within NBCUniversal Television & Streaming, including Peacock. The Sr. Analyst plays a key role in gathering data and delivering audience reports that guide strategic decisions for title campaigns. The ideal applicant is data driven, a strategic thinker, and a strong communicator who can quickly learn to use and draw insights from various research tools. Key Responsibilities

Uncover trends, patterns, and key drivers within data to inform strategic decision‑making and optimize media strategies for the NBCU/Peacock business Drive marketing and audience strategy by identifying audience opportunities and assessing campaign impact on title and franchise level performance Leverage 1st party and 3rd party data sources (e.g., Nielsen) to produce impactful reports and insights to drive audience targeting and lead process for building audience profiles for key titles and franchises Assess audience growth and overlap trends across linear and streaming to identify marketing opportunities Track pre‑premiere indicators to quantify content momentum and the health of campaigns Run correlation to determine key indicators of future title success Develop media learning plans to guide awareness and brand lift studies Lead ad‑hoc analyses to address time‑sensitive questions and uncover emerging trends Engage with new tools and data sources to enhance audience and media reporting Contribute to cross‑channel measurement efforts, triangulating learnings across other techniques including Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, and experiments Ensure data alignment with the Advanced Analytics team and help standardize NBCU Media Group's measurement approach Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in media research or analytics role Experience working with Nielsen NPower (Reach & Frequency, Duplication, Segmentation) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience identifying, segmenting and building audiences Experience querying large datasets with SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, Excel, or similar tools Strong attention to data quality with ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy Ability to identify, distill, and articulate clear and actionable stories, insights and recommendations from data Desired Characteristics

Passion for the media industry, especially in television and streaming Familiarity with emerging measurement sources (iSpot, TVision, VideoAmp) Experience with data management and visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI) Strong project management, problem‑solving and collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Curiosity, accountability, and execution of projects of all sizes with vision & purpose Additional Requirements

Hybrid: requires working from the office at least 3 days per week (minimum 4 days starting Jan 5, 2026) Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement and other perks. Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 EEO Statement
