What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive lead generation goals by strengthening relationships with external and internal partners
• Develop and manage comprehensive partnership plans for assigned partners
• Execute marketing tactics aligned with partnership strategies, including tradeshows and campaigns
• Oversee maintenance and tracking of partnership activities such as CRM data and contracts
• Conduct research and analysis on potential partners and evaluate partnership performance

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in partner-based marketing, strategic partnership management, or related fields
  
• Experience cultivating state and national partnerships with not-for-profit medical associations
• Flexibility to travel 2-4 days per month for retreats or conferences as needed
• Strong organizational and advanced communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with marketing tools and databases, including HubSpot and Salesforce
• Experience in EHR partner-based marketing roles
• Knowledge of Value-Based Care
• Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Experience managing tradeshows and conferences
