What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive lead generation goals by strengthening relationships with external and internal partners
- Develop and manage comprehensive partnership plans for assigned partners
- Execute marketing tactics aligned with partnership strategies, including tradeshows and campaigns
- Oversee maintenance and tracking of partnership activities such as CRM data and contracts
- Conduct research and analysis on potential partners and evaluate partnership performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in partner-based marketing, strategic partnership management, or related fields
- Experience cultivating state and national partnerships with not-for-profit medical associations
- Flexibility to travel 2-4 days per month for retreats or conferences as needed
- Strong organizational and advanced communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with marketing tools and databases, including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience in EHR partner-based marketing roles
- Knowledge of Value-Based Care
- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Experience managing tradeshows and conferences
