Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. The successful candidate will play a key role in soliciting new business, servicing accounts, and fostering relationships with insurance companies.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience) + commissions
- Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
- Solicit new business through phone calls, in-person meetings, and other outreach methods
- Service existing accounts, including handling endorsements and certificates
- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure optimal solutions for clients
- Manage a book of business with a diverse range of account sizes
- Focus on generating new business while managing a small portion of renewals
- Utilize agency management software for account management and quoting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or Account Manager
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional client service
