Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a book of business from the ground up, focusing on small to mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service, a passion for prospecting and relationship building, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 during the validation period, with the potential to transition to a 100% commission-based structure upon achieving validation goals.
• Commission Structure: Competitive commission split post-validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business from the ground up.
• Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling and other innovative methods.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attend local client meetings as needed (minimal travel required).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is essential.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC and Agency Zoom software is preferred.
