Junior Business Development Manager

A Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the USA, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies.

They are looking for a sizable number of Junior Business Development Managers to grow their book of business. Successful candidates will join new teams.

Package

• Competitive salary of $60k
• Excellent OTE, earning $15k in your first year

Role

• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client.
• Undertake effective territory planning and preparation, determining when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunities are capitalized upon.
• Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition.
• Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base.
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory.
• Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation.
