SeekLab
Head of Growth (E-Commerce & Performance Marketing) — NYC (On-Site) | $150K–$180
SeekLab, New York, New York, us, 10261
Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 base + .5–1% equity
Location: New York City (On-site preferred)
Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative growth leader to own and scale one of the fastest-growing sustainable consumer brands in the U.S. This is a high-impact, on-site role in New York City where you’ll lead acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategy across DTC and wholesale channels — and help turn a fast-moving startup into a household name.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon), lifecycle/email/SMS (Klaviyo), and partnerships.
Lead all digital performance marketing with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV optimization.
Build and manage a high-performing growth team; hire, mentor, and drive a culture of experimentation and iteration.
Partner cross-functionally with brand, product, ops, and creative to align growth, storytelling, and performance.
Scale DTC and B2B distribution growth through data-driven testing, funnel optimization, and new channel exploration.
Report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market and revenue trajectory.
Who You Are
5–10+ years of experience driving measurable growth for consumer or DTC brands ($5M–$50M+ ARR).
Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle programs that directly impact revenue.
Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, and growth experimentation (CAC, LTV, payback, A/B testing).
Hands‑on operator who can balance data and creativity; you love building playbooks from zero to one.
Experience in or passion for sustainability, consumer goods, or mission‑driven brands is a plus.
Why This Role This is your chance to lead growth for a brand with real traction — used by thousands of venues nationwide and scaling its DTC engine rapidly. You’ll join a small, mission‑driven team that moves fast, values ownership, and believes sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s a business imperative. The bar is high, the opportunity is huge, and your impact will be immediate.
