We’re looking for a senior UX/UI designer who can help us craft the most intuitive and emotionally engaging job discovery experience ever built. You’ll be working directly with the CEO and CTO to shape the product from concept to launch — blending design thinking, human empathy, and beautiful execution. Your day-to-day will include:
Leading end-to-end product design across mobile (React Native) and web. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for new features (AI job matching, resume tailoring, one-tap apply, onboarding, etc.). Translating complex workflows into elegant, consumer-friendly experiences. Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design iterations. Establishing and maintaining a consistent design system and component library. Collaborating with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Advocating for the user — always. Have 5+ years of experience designing consumer mobile apps (bonus: AI, SaaS, or HR tech). Have a strong portfolio showing clean, modern, human-centered design. Know how to create scalable design systems in Figma. Can translate data, emotion, and intuition into design decisions. Understand UX metrics and how design drives activation, retention, and conversion. Love simplicity — and aren’t afraid to kill clutter. Work fast, collaborate well, and sweat the details. Experience with animation/micro-interactions (Framer, Lottie, etc.). Previous work on swipe-based or discovery-style interfaces (e.g., Tinder, Duolingo, Spotify). Understanding of accessibility and localization. Startup or 0→1 product experience. Shape the visual identity of a product redefining the job search for millions. Collaborate with a seasoned founder team (ex-Amazon, ex-recruiter, multiple exits). Backed by Fil Rouge Capital and part of their accelerator. Equity participation in an early-stage, high-growth startup. Work remotely with a global, ambitious, and humble team. Finding a job shouldn’t be a full-time job.
