JOB DESCRIPTION Join FOX Entertainment’s dynamic Data Science and Analytics team, where cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics drive smarter marketing decisions. The Data Scientist, Marketing will play a key part in building and refining our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) frameworks—helping to quantify the impact of media investments, optimize cross-channel marketing performance, and guide high-level strategic decisions. Working alongside experienced Data Scientists and marketing leaders, the Data Scientist, Marketing will contribute to the development of predictive models, experimentation programs, and AI-driven solutions that shape the future of FOX’s data-informed marketing ecosystem.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and maintenance of marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels
Build predictive models and assist with simulations to inform marketing strategies and budget recommendations
Contribute to experimentation efforts, including A / B test design, implementation, and analysis
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Contribute to the development of AI-driven data products
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Stay current with emerging trends in AI and marketing analytics
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics)
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling
Proficiency in Python, R, and experience with data analysis libraries (., pandas, scikit-learn)
Strong foundation in statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
Familiarity with experimental design and A / B testing concepts
Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Exposure to marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or MMM
Experience with cloud platforms (., AWS, GCP) or big data tools (., Spark)
Knowledge of marketing technology and advertising platforms
Background in entertainment, media, or consumer-facing industries
PAY RANGE & BENEFITS Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
