Position: Marketing Manager Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid – onsite, US & India // Brazil) Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full‑time Reporting to: Vice President of Sales

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor company metrics: pipeline generation, marketing revenue, ROI, CPL, CPO, and other KPIs.

Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns (webinars, gated content, email, SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.) to generate and qualify sales leads.

Organize global events—sponsored and proprietary—targeting customers and prospects; manage event logistics and post‑event lead follow‑up.

Develop and execute global communication strategies, including content creation, nurturing sequences, social media management, and product releases.

Manage freelancers and external vendors to ensure alignment with company goals and execution excellence.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics: pipeline generation, marketing revenue, campaign ROI, CPL, CPO, and other relevant KPIs.

Use data‑driven insights to guide strategy adjustments and optimize marketing spend.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Design, plan, and execute inbound and outbound multi‑channel programs (webinars, gated content, email nurture, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, paid/organic social).

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

Global Event Management

Plan and manage global events, coordinate logistics, communications, and post‑event lead management.

Ensure consistent brand representation and impactful engagement.

Global Communication & Branding

Develop and execute global communication strategies for product launches, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and regions.

Content Management

Create and maintain editorial calendars, content creation, and publishing.

Oversee social media presence, press releases, newsletters, and product announcements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology‑driven industries.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Proven experience with global campaigns, demand generation, and performance tracking.

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Experience working with international teams and managing external vendors.
