Paid Media Specialist
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who's both analytical and creative someone who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or other platforms. You'll handle the full campaign cycle from setup and QA to reporting and optimization, ensuring every ad drives meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities
Build, QA, and launch campaigns following established structures, budgets, and naming conventions
Monitor pacing and performance (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR)
Conduct A / B tests on creatives, ad sets, and audiences
Maintain accurate reports, spend trackers, and documentation
Communicate proactively with teams via Slack, email, and video calls
Provide data-based recommendations to improve performance
Qualifications
3+ years of Meta Ads experience (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization best practices
Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
Excellent English communication and experience working with U.S.-based clients
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
Preferred Experience
Agency background or multi-brand account management
Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, or Airtable
Basic Canva or Figma design skills
Exposure to creative testing and strategy
