Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up measures, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs.
Provide showroom tours and facilitate kitchen and/or bath measurements.
Review room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations.
Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and perform restocking as needed.
Maintain an appealing and safe store environment, including special order displays and showrooms.
