This role offers an annual base pay range of

$80,600.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr . The actual compensation will be determined by your skills and experience. Responsibilities You will be a Senior BIM Designer on projects that include semiconductor manufacturing and advanced facilities. Your responsibilities include:

Documenting telecom design and expanding your BIM skillset by collaborating with other BIM designers.

Creating and managing content for fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C, S, A, M, E, P, T, I, L) using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Producing 2D construction drawings and clash‑free deliverables in accordance with Jacobs and client BIM standards.

Working with discipline leads, architects, and engineers to turn senior telecom design intent into constructable deliverables.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.

At least 8 years of BIM design experience.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction.

Understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions.

Understanding of design and construction specifications.

Understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to circuits or links between devices and equipment.

Experience following client design and modeling standards.

Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts.

Willingness to learn.

Ideally, you also have

At least 6 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience.

Understanding of clean room and data center environments.

Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom, and audio‑visual systems.

Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV.

Knowledge of control systems and network components and topology.
