Responsibilities Provide high-quality online customer service via phone, chat, and email. Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution. Identify, qualify, and overcome customer objections. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Manage and exceed multiple performance-related targets. Participate in ongoing product training and process upskilling. Research and develop knowledge of Google Ads and related products. Use initiative to identify trends and/or process improvements. Demonstrate exceptional proactiveness, seamlessly collaborate with team members, and take full ownership of tasks to drive efficient and successful outcomes. Collaborate with the direct manager to resolve customer escalations within the agreed timeline. Qualifications Romanian C1 or higher written and verbal. English B2 written and verbal. Experience in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communicator and active listener. Post-graduate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in gSuite.
