At CACG, we’re on a mission to deliver outstanding proposal graphics that not only meet compliance standards but also captivate our clients. We are seeking a Proposal Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Location: Remote (with potential travel to our headquarters in McLean, VA)
Security Clearance Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, writers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex ideas into engaging, clear graphics.
Design proposal-compliant visuals including process diagrams, organizational charts, and technical illustrations that resonate with both government and commercial clients.
Align all graphics with compliance, branding, and visual standards to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
Format documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite to achieve a polished, professional presentation.
Build editable graphic templates for streamlined efficiency in future proposals.
Review and update existing graphics to enhance clarity and accuracy, ensuring our visuals convey the intended message.
Ensure consistency in visual branding across all materials, reinforcing our identity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
3-5 years in federal government contracting, focusing on full-cycle proposal strategy and design services.
Demonstrated success in designing proposal or technical graphics specifically for federal government contracting or corporate proposals.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Familiarity with proposal compliance, readability, and visual communication best practices.
Ability to manage multiple graphics requests simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines.
Experience with proposal development methodologies and a solid understanding of infographics and data visualization techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
